Older people's care commissioning strategies
Greenwich Council and Greenwich Teaching Primary Care Trust are responsible for commissioning the health and social care services needed by the older people of Greenwich.
We have two strategies for commissioning such services:
Joint commissioning strategy
This strategy sets out how Greenwich Council and Greenwich Teaching Primary Care Trust will commission community health and social care services over the next three years to help us meet the needs and the aspirations of older citizens.
Draft citizens-based commissioning strategy
This strategy aims to ensure that the views of Greenwich citizens are heard and taken full account of, as Greenwich Council and Greenwich Teaching Primary Care Trust develop health and social care services for older people.
