Disability equality scheme
The Government has introduced a new legal Duty on all public authorities to promote equality for disabled people. This came into effect in December 2006.
The Disability Equality Scheme that we developed after public consultation in 2006 outlines our committment to providing access to public services in Greenwich.
During the consultation, we asked what you thought about the services we already provided, what services you thought we should provide, and how you thought things should change.
