Contaminated Land Inspection Strategy 2002

The Council's contaminated land strategy sets out how the Council will identify land that justifies detailed inspection and the arrangements and procedures we will have in place for this inspection.

This includes how we will prioritise the five-year inspection programme. The documents include an introduction to the context of contaminated land in Greenwich, information on legislation, the definition of contaminated land and the duties of Greenwich Council in land use and development.

There are also details on public access to information.
