This plan explains how services will work together to support and help young people.
This plan is not just about the Council. It covers services provided by the health service, the voluntary sector, the police, and other partners who are committed to making children’s lives better.
You can download this report in several parts: a summary of the report, the main Children and Young People's Plan document, the main document split into two parts for quicker download, and the Plan's action tables.
Plan review: Please note that we added a review of the plan and an appendix in 2007. You will find these two documents at the end of this list.
