Payment FAQs
I get an error message when I try to make an online payment - why?
One problem may be caused by entering the 'issue date' and 'issue number'.
You only need to supply these figures if you are using a Switch or Solo card.
If you are using ANY OTHER credit or debit card DO NOT supply these details. It may result in an error.
If you get an error message, try filling in the form except for the the 'issue number' and 'issue date' and click ‘accept’. If you need to enter this information, the form will reappear with these fields highlighted. Enter the required details and click 'accept' again.
