If you get cut off before your phone transaction is complete, or if you are having any other problems with the telephone service, please email us at

with details of your problem.
Please include the following information:
Facility that you are trying to use ie, Automatic Telephone Payments, Internet Payments etc.
Date and time of the problem.
Reference number of the payment that you are trying to make.
Full details of your problem.
Do NOT include your credit/debit card details.
