You can use our online forms to pay:

Council Tax
Business Rates
Parking Fines
Council Invoices
Housing Rents.

Important instructions - please read first:

1. Click the pay online link below
2. Use the drop-down menu to choose which payment you would like to make
3. Fill in your details, DO NOT enter the issue number and issue date of your payment card, and click 'accept'.

NOTE: If the Issue Number and Issue Date are required, the form will reappear with these fields highlighted. Enter the required details and click 'accept' again.

Will I get a receipt?

You must enter a valid email address and a receipt will be sent to this email account.

Regular maintenance

You will not be able to make online payments between 6.55pm and 7.25pm as we use this time to update and maintain the system.

Pay by Direct Debit

You can pay Council Tax and Business Rates by Direct Debit and this will save the trouble of paying online or by phone or in person every month.

To set up a Direct Debit please telephone 020 8921 4147 for Council Tax, or 020 8921 5221 for Business Rates, during working hours.
