Draft Greenwich Strategy 2006 to 2015 consultation

Consultation on the Draft Greenwich Strategy ends in the first week of March.

There is still time to let us know what you think.

The Draft Greenwich Strategy 2006 to 2015 sets out the borough's long-term vision for improving the social, economic and environmental wellbeing of everyone who lives, works, studies in, or visits Greenwich.

The Draft updates the first Greenwich Strategy, which was developed in 2001. We gathered resident and stakeholder views about the Strategy in Autumn 2005 and during 2006, and the views that you gave us helped us develop this second Draft Strategy. This document takes the borough to the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, and beyond, to 2015.

We are now asking for your comments on the updated Draft Greenwich Strategy.

Themes

The Draft Strategy sets out what we are going to do and how we will measure our progress.

It has six themes for the borough: The Place to Live, The Place to Work, The Place to Learn, The Place to Visit - A Place of Culture, Olympic Host Borough and Greener Greenwich.
