The free four-day course for the Level 1 and 2 certificates is for borough residents aged ten years and older and starts 8 August 2006.

Please note that:
- All trainees must be able to ride and own a roadworthy bicycle and a cycle helmet.
- Students under 18 need a consent form signed by their parents.
- Allocation is on a first come first served basis.
