Alert over chocolate bar recall

 
Shopkeepers across the borough are being reminded to remove a number of different chocolate bars from the shelves due to possible contamination with salmonella.

Greenwich Council's environmental health officers have issued the reminder after a full product recall by Cadbury Schweppes Plc.

The chocolate bars affected are:

Cadbury Dairy Milk Turkish 250g
Cadbury Dairy Milk Caramel 250g
Cadbury Dairy Milk Mint 250g
Cadbury Dairy Milk 8 Chunk
Cadbury Dairy Milk 1kg
Cadbury Dairy Milk Button Easter Egg 105g
Cadbury Freddo 10p

How to send them back

Shopkeepers must return the chocolate bars to Cadbury through their supply chain or to the address below.

Customers are also invited to return the products to the following address for a full refund, whatever the Best before date is.
