How do I report a delivery problem with Greenwich Time?

 
If you don't receive a copy of Greenwich Time within three days of the publication date, please let us know by contacting us using the details on the right.

We will log your call with our distribution agents and aim to ensure that you get the next edition of the paper.

All our distribution teams are now tracked so that we can ensure they deliver our paper to all local households.

Please also get in touch if you have any other problems, such as our distributors fail to push the paper all the way through your letterbox, and we will again resolve this for you.
