Greenwich Council's Tourism Development department provides tourism-related strategies and statistics, including annual visitor numbers for local attractions.

About Tourism Development

The department manages tourism in the borough.  It develops policy aimed at bringing extra revenue to Greenwich by increasing visitor numbers and the amount of money spent.

The department works closely with local visitor attractions and regional and national development agencies on initiatives including inward investment.

Tourism Development also manages the Greenwich Tourist Information Centre.

The Heritage Centre also provides a wealth of information and resources that can help you with your research on Greenwich.
