Look after your health and fitness by working out in a gymnasium. There are often group exercise sessions that you can join. We also have first class gym and fitness rooms at our Leisure Centres managed by Greenwich Leisure Limited (GLL).

The club has ten qualified sports coaches, 12 unqualified helpers/coaches and one specific coach for a junior section.

Non-members can hire a function hall and pitches.
