Cheerdancing combines choreographed dance with agility. Teamwork also plays an important part in the sport. Cheerdancing is a fun way to get fit and meet new friends.

Membership fees/cost: Classes run on an ongoing basis and cost £40 for six weeks; there is also an annual cost of £18.75 to be registered and insured with British Gymnastics.

The club has an Equal Opportunity and Child Protection policy, and caters for disabled people.

The club has one qualified sports coach for the juniors.

Gym Stars is open to boys and girls. The emphasis is on fun while developing solid basic gymnastics skills, creating group routines combining elements of gymnastics, cheerleading and dancing.
