Whether you're training for competitions, or just want a bit of exercise, it's good to run with someone your pace. Find a running mate by joining an athletics club.

You don't have to go far — our local athletics club has turned out some of the UK's best athletes.

The club has an Equal Opportunity and Child Protection policy, and caters for disabled people.
