Come and enjoy a range of top quality, fresh foods at the Eltham Farmers' Market.
The market is held in Passey Place (just off the High Street) on the third Sunday of the month from 10am to 3pm.
A range of stalls will offer a wide range of fresh produce from the south east, including:
- hog roast
- pork and traditionally made succulent sausages
- free range organic eggs
- organic and locally-grown fresh fruit
- organic and locally-grown vegetables
- freshly pressed juices
- jams
- pastries
- cakes and freshly-baked breads.
A new addition to the regular stalls is Thanet Earth, the UK’s largest, most hi-tech greenhouse complex, growing tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers with exceptional green credentials.
All the stalls are run by the farmer or someone directly involved in the production, so you get the chance to find out more about the food you are buying.
