VIP tickets at The O2 arena

Greenwich Council has a VIP suite at The O2 arena and, thanks to a special agreement with AEG who run The O2, GreenwichCard holders can buy tickets to VIP treatment at some great shows. See a list of available shows further down this page.

What you get in the VIP suite

The Council's VIP suite offers a great view of the arena. It has just 15 seats and incorporates its own lounge area furnished with:
  • sofas
  • small dance floor
  • plasma screen
  • bar and fridge for your drinks.
An attendant is on hand to take your orders for food and drinks. A Greenwich Council staff member is there to make sure your visit goes smoothly. Your VIP tickets also provide access to the exclusive VIP Club Lounge.

Only the tickets on the list are available for sale.

The list includes the maximum number of tickets that you can apply for - this will also depend on demand. The number of tickets available is strictly limited to give more people the chance to buy them.

Shows will appear on the list for at least two days before they are sold.

Allocation of tickets

For very popular shows, we will do a draw from application emails to allocate tickets and fill all the seats.

If you need more tickets, for instance if you are taking two under-18 year olds, or if you are a carer, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you.

Terms of use

Visitors under 18 years old need to be accompanied by an adult.

People buying tickets must provide the names of the people using the tickets.

Tickets cannot be sold on – this is extremely important as The O2 checks this and takes strong action if anyone tries to sell their tickets.

Wheelchairs

One seat can be taken out so that a wheelchair user can view the show from a wheelchair. One more wheelchair user can transfer to an arena style seat.

Where does the money go?

The money raised through ticket sales goes towards paying for the suite. This means that we can give tickets to people in the community, for example, to:

  • recognise their contribution to the community
  • recognise their achievements
  • provide access for people who might not otherwise be able to go.
Tickets have also been given to charities to support their fundraising efforts and as prizes to support the work of the Council, such as surveys and community engagement events.
