Aims and aspirations
Sure Start Abbey Wood aims to achieve better outcomes for children, parents and its community by increasing the availability of childcare for all children, by improving health, education and emotional development for young children and by supporting parents as parents and in their aspirations towards employment.
Services
Services include the Eynsham Angels parent/carer and toddler group (Tuesday and Friday afternoon) and Family Forum meetings (every six weeks).
Sure Start Abbey Wood is working with local schools and service providers to implement family learning groups, including fitness and nutrition classes, parent and child craft activities, and regular family events and trips.
