What is a School Travel Plan?

A School Travel Plan is a document that outlines how a school intends to encourage safer walking, cycling (if appropriate) and public transport use on journeys to and from school.

The government wants every school in the UK to do a School Travel Plan. The council’s job is to support all the schools in the borough of Greenwich.
