Greenwich Reads

People in library Greenwich Reads: one book to get the borough reading
Greenwich Reads aims to get the borough reading and bring people together at a series of special events.

Each year we set a book that will appeal to everyone - men, women, young, old ... or anyone in between.
This year we have chosen 'What Was Lost' by Catherine O'Flynn. The book is about a young girl who wants to be a detective. It deals with issues of loss and loneliness, but there is also humour and understanding.

Find out more about the book 'What Was Lost' by Catherine O'Flynn.

How can I join in with Greenwich Reads?

The easiest way to join in is to read the book! There will be copies available at all local libraries and at bookshops in Greenwich.

There will also be events where you can meet the author and mix with other book lovers.

How can I become a Greenwich Reads partner?

If you want to become more involved with Greenwich Reads, please contact Maggie Horbacka using the details on the right.
