What is Chatterbooks?

Chatterbooks is designed to inspire a lifelong love of books among young people. Chatterbooks is a library based scheme which creates and supports children's reading groups, encouraging people to read and talk about books together.

The scheme is a partnership between the national libraries network and Orange, and is co-ordinated by The Reading Agency.

Chatterbooks reading groups are run by specially trained local librarians.
