The following are all indicators of dyslexia in adults:
slow reading and the need to re-read several times before understanding
misreading small words
missing out lines and confusing similar words
making spelling mistakes
fear in giving or receiving complicated instructions
problems with personal organisation
difficulty planning and writing essays
trouble with short-term, rather than long-term, memory
poor confidence and low self-esteem.
