Standard repairs

 
If you need to arrange for a repair to your home, please contact us using the details on the right.

If you are deaf, hard of hearing or have speech problems and have a textphone, you report repairs through Type Talk on 020 8921 8919.

You can also arrange repairs through your local neighbourhood housing office.

How long will it take?

We aim to complete most repairs quickly and can usually offer a choice of morning or afternoon appointments. We can also offer appointments up to 8pm, Monday - Friday, or on Saturday mornings if you cannot be at home during normal working hours.

There are different timescales for different repairs. For example (in working days):

Total loss of electricity or water supply 1
Blocked toilet 1
Blocked flue to open fire or boiler 3
Blocked sink, bath or basin 
Leaking roof 

Non-urgent repairs will be completed within 20 days.

Rechargeable repairs

In some circumstances we may charge you for repairs if the damage was caused by by your misuse or neglect.
