Are you living in a three, four or five bedroom Council property that is now too big for you?
Would you like to move to a more suitable home but are worried about removal costs?
We can help!
Not only will we pay all your removal costs, we will also give you £350 for each room you give up.
Who qualifies?
You can apply if you:
live on the third floor or lower
are willing to move to a home with at least two bedrooms less than you have now.
You are invited to apply if you want to swap your:
3 bedroom home for a 1 bedroom
4 bedroom home for a 1 or 2 bedroom
5 bedroom home for a 3 bedroom or less
