Tenant satisfaction survey

Have your say on Council services by taking part in the latest Tenant Satisfaction Survey.

This month 4,000 randomly selected households will receive a questionnaire asking you to rate your level of satisfaction with housing services.

For the selected households, it will be your opportunity to tell the Council what you think and have an influence on future decisions about services.

Those who complete the questionnaire will be entered into a draw to win £50.

Who is running the survey?

The survey is now carried out every two years by local authorities around the country. Research group, Ipsos MORI, have been selected to carry out the survey on behalf of Greenwich Council.

You can be assured that all information received will be treated in the strictest confidence.

What will happen next?

Once the results of the survey are complete and made public, the Council will consider what we need to do to improve services.

Please take part

Councillor Maureen O’Mara, Cabinet Member for Neighbourhood Services, said: "Greenwich Council is committed to continually improving the quality and efficiency of its services to tenants and this survey is an essential part of that.

I would encourage those who receive the questionnaire to return it so that we can take account of your views, as they are very important to us."

Other ways to have your say

If you are not selected to take part in the survey, there are still a number of ways that you can have your say on local issues.
