Home improvements
We may be able to provide grants or labour to renovate or adapt your home, at the very least we can provide expert advice on how to go about it.
If you are a Council tenant or leaseholder, contact your Neighbourhood Housing Office for more information.
Private sector
Homeowners on a low income, private tenants and private landlords may be eligible for grants to repair, improve and adapt their homes. Find out how in the
private sector

People with disabilities
If you have a physical disability and you need an adaptation to your home, the Housing Disability Team may be able to help. Council tenants can have this work done free. Homeowners, private tenants and landlords on low income may be eligible for a grant to pay for any improvements we recommend.
