How to make a complaint about your support service
If you don’t think you have received a good service from your service provider, then you can make a complaint.
The first step is to contact the organisation that provides the service and ask them to explain how to make a complaint.
You can ask a friend, family member or worker to help you to complain.
If you are not happy with the way the organisation deal with your complaint, you can get
further advice
from the Supporting People team.
