Ways to get involved

As a local tenant, there are a number of ways to get involved in your area. These include becoming a member of your local housing panel and joining (or setting up) a tenant or resident group.

Local housing panels

You could become a panel member and have a real say in how your area is managed.

Leaseholder forum

Tenants who have bought their Council flat or maisonette can join the Leaseholder Forum

Tenants and resident groups

Join or set up a group to tackle issues on your estate. Support is available to all resident groups in the borough.

The Tenants’ Compact

This is an agreement between Greenwich Council and tenants and sets out how tenants can be involved collectively in debates that relate to housing and other services.
