Dos and don’ts of tenancy

 
Like any landlord, we will complete an agreement with you detailing the dos and don’ts of your tenancy. Doing something or failing to do something which causes you to be in breach of your tenancy will result in legal action being taken and you being evicted from the property.

The main areas in which we expect cooperation from you are as follows:

  • Paying your weekly charges for the property
  • Being polite and reasonable to your neighbours
  • Looking after the property
  • Allowing us access to the property
  • Supplying requested information to the advice and benefits service so that any application for housing benefit may be processed quickly.
