Housing Associations

Housing Associations, also known as Registered Social Landlords, own more than a quarter of social housing in Greenwich - that's more than 10,000 homes.

Most empty housing association homes are let through Greenwich Homes to people on the housing register.

When you apply to join the housing register, the application form asks if you will consider a Housing Association home. If you say yes, you will have better choice and more chance of being housed.

Low cost home ownership

Some Housing Associations also provide low cost home ownership schemes. This means you can buy a share in a home and pay rent on the rest.

Go to the Housing Options website to find out more.
