What if I'm homeless?

If you are homeless, or are being threatened with homelessness, get in touch with Community Housing Services as soon as you can:

1. Make an appointment

Call Community Housing Services between 9am and 5.30pm and make an appointment.

2. Drop in

If, for some reason, you cannot telephone, you can visit the office between 9.30am and 4pm. Try to avoid coming in on Monday morning or Friday afternoon as these tend to be our busiest times.

Make sure you bring the right documents along.

3. Arrange a home visit

If you cannot come into the office because of an illness or some other reason, we can arrange to visit you at home. Please give us as much notice as possible.

4. Call the emergency line

If you are made homeless outside our opening times (9am to 5.30pm), contact our emergency out-of-hours service on 020 8854 8888 for help.
