How to register

To get on the housing waiting list, you must download and complete a housing application form.

If you prefer, you can collect one from a neighbourhood housing office or Community Housing Services.

Return your form

Existing Greenwich Council tenants can return their forms to their housing office, non-council tenants must return theirs to Community Housing Services.

Your completed application form will be registered on our computer within ten working days of reaching us.

We may need to complete further assessments before we can confirm your housing needs.

If you do not qualify to be included on the register, we will explain why, and how to appeal if you do not agree. You can reapply if your circumstances change.

What if I lose my number?

If you have lost your number, call the Housing Needs Unit on 020 8921 2941.

If you are homeless or about to be

You will want the situation to be resolved as quickly as possible - we suggest visiting Community Housing Services in person.
See the homeless webpage for details on visiting Community Housing Services.
