How will I hear about my application?

 
After the closing date for the advert all applications will be looked at. The Council will decide who is the most suitable applicant based on them meeting the criteria for the property and the length of time they have been on the housing register.

The Council will write to the person who came top of the list to invite him/her to view the property. If that person refuses the property, we will contact the second on the list and so on until it is accepted.

We will not contact you if you did not get the property.
