Reasonably modern facilities
Decent Homes works will be programmed for your home if it is deemed to lack three or more of the following six criteria:
a reasonably modern kitchen (20 years old or less)
a kitchen with adequate space and layout
a reasonably modern bathroom (30 years old or less)
appropriately located toilet and bathroom
adequate insulation against external noise
adequate size and layout of common areas to flats.
No Decent Homes works will be programmed for your home if it meets four or more of the above six criteria under 'Reasonably modern facilities',
