Decent Homes standard
Decent Homes is a standard that all Council properties should meet by 2010.
The Decent Homes standard means that your home should:
meet the statutory minimum standard
be in a reasonable state of repair
have reasonably modern facilities and services
provide a reasonable degree of thermal comfort.
