Decent Homes improvements to 240 properties on the Evelyn Estate means tenants will be enjoying new kitchens, windows and roofs.
The works were started in March 2006 and will complete in 2007.
Mr and Mrs Betts (pictured) were delighted with the work to their home and particularly impressed with the new kitchen. "We were pleased with the colour choices for the kitchens", they told us.
