Making your complaint
You should make your complaint to your local
Neighbourhood Office
, there are a number of ways that you can do this.
In writing
Download a
complaints form
and send it to the office where you feel you have received poor service.
By phone
Telephone the appropriate office with your complaint and a member of staff will record it and make sure it is dealt with.
In person
Visit the appropriate office and ask the staff to take your complaint down in writing.
Your complaint will be dealt with more quickly if you contact the appropriate office. If for some reason you cannot do this or you are not sure which is the right office, make your complaint to any office in the department and it will be passed on.
