There are five steps in the Right to Buy process. You can withdraw your application at any time up to the completion of purchase.

Step 1 

The first thing to do is download and complete an application form. This form is the 'Notice claiming the Right To Buy', known as an RTB1.

For guidance notes on how to complete the form, download the Your right to buy your home booklet from the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) website.
