How do I apply?
If you want to buy a low-cost home in Greenwich, or elsewhere in South East London, there are a number of services that can help.
Homebuy
Homebuy is a government funded programme providing low cost, affordable homes.
All first time buyers earning less than £60,000 can apply for HomeBuy, provided they cannot afford to buy a property to suit their basic household needs on the open market in the area where they live or work.
Homebuy can also help people who have previously owned properties but are now unable to buy without assistance, for example in the case of relationship breakdowns, or families who are over-crowded in their existing homes.

Housing Options
Housing Options is the gateway to all affordable housing in London. The Housing Options Service has been designed so that anyone looking for an affordable home in London will only need to fill in one application form to gain access to all the different Housing Associations.
Options available include 'part buy, part rent' opportunities and other affordable housing schemes.
