If you want to comment or complain about the service, we will:

  • Record your comments or suggestions and inform you what we can do about them.

  • Respond within 5 working days of a formal complaint, and let you know who is dealing with it.

  • Send you a detailed response within 15 working days or give you a date when you can expect a full reply.
