Services to landlords

The Housing Aid Centre holds forums and information sessions that are open to all private landlords. You can also apply to be part of our accreditation scheme.

Landlord forums

These are regular events organised by the Housing Aid Centre and Public Services Residential Section (Environmental Health). All private landlords with property in Greenwich are welcome.

Accreditation

As part of raising standards in the borough, the Council has set up an Accreditation Scheme for landlords. Landlords or agents who manage properties in the Borough of Greenwich may apply for Accreditation.

There are enhanced benefits for Accredited landlords which include:

  • training
  • ability to apply for renovation grants
  • ability to apply to join the HACTRAC scheme
  • regular Accredited land lord forums
  • positive promotion from Greenwich Council.
Contact the Housing Aid Centre for further information.

Got a property to rent?

The Council is currently running a scheme - HACTRAC - to link landlords and homeless families together.

Accredited landlords may apply to join the HACTRAC scheme if they have a suitable empty property in the borough of Greenwich.

Homeless families are given temporary accommodation via the scheme while they wait for permanent accommodation from the council.

If you are interested in joining the scheme, please contact us using the details on the right.
