Minicom and fax
We have minicoms installed across the department to enable contact with deaf, hard or hearing or speech impaired customers.
A minicom is a machine that allows people with hearing difficulties use the phone. It works by sending and receiving typewriter signals over telephone lines.
You can get more information about obtaining or using minicom by contacting the Community Sensory Services Team:
020 8921 3021 (phone)
020 8855 1102 (fax)
020 8856 6654 (minicom)
You can also contact our departments by fax.
Download the Access to Neighbourhood Services leaflet for a full list of minicom and fax numbers
