We aim to provide an accessible and high quality service for all our customers.

Disabled symbolPhysical access

All public offices are accessible to wheelchair users and customers with other mobile difficulties.

Loop system iconLoop system

All public offices have fixed loop systems in private interview rooms and in reception areas. The rooms are available for any customers who feel they may benefit from using a loop system.

Sign language iconSign language interpreters

We can arrange for sign language interpreters to attend interviews and meetings. Usually this is British Sign Language but other sign language interpreters may be available.

Typetalk logoTypetalk

Greenwich Neighbourhood Services accepts Typetalk calls. If you subscribe to Typetalk you can establish telephone contact with us via a RNIDI-BT operator.
