Connexions offers a range of guidance and support services for young people between 13 and 19 years of age.
We can support you in all areas of your life, including health, leisure activities, housing, relationships, your career, education and money.
Our staff work with local agencies and community groups to make sure you get the best advice.
There are four Connexion centres in the borough, three of which are drop-in centres.
Choosing a career
Connexion's personal advisors can offer advice on creating an effective CV, jobs, courses and work experience.
Any young person in Greenwich who needs guidance in making that transition from school into training and employment can drop into a Connexions office (see contact details on the right).
We place a strong emphasis on helping those who are not yet in employment or training.
Learning
Contact Connexions if you need help on which subjects to take at school, and whether to go to college or university. We may also be able to help you catch up on your basic education.
If you choose to go on to further education, and are aged between 16 to 19, Connexions gives you rewards and discounts, as well as loads of useful information.
Confidential advice
Connexions Direct runs a confidential advice service on 080 800 13219. Its personal advisers can give you information, advice and practical help with all sorts of things, whether you are in trouble with the law, having problems with relationships, work or home life, or need to develop your self-confidence and self-esteem.
