Help recovering from illness or injury
If you have a physical or sensory disability and have been suffering from an illness or injury or have been in hospital, you can get help to recover and to regain your independence.
You can get advice on coping with illness or disability as well as help with the provision of aids and equipment to assist you in everyday tasks.
You can find out more about your eligibility, the services that are available, and how your needs will be assessed by visiting
our community care
section.
