You can use this section to find out more about the social services that we offer the borough's senior citizens.
Our social services teams for adults and older people can offer help and support for you in your everyday life. This support includes:

The Council's social services for older people are generally provided from a centre called The Orangery. You can contact The Orangery at:

Alzheimer's and dementia

The Mental Health Support link in the left menu will take you to information on finding help and support for Alzheimer's and dementia sufferers and carers in the borough. 

The Alzheimer's Society site link in the Useful links menu on the right will also help with information.

In addition, Greenwich Welfare Rights Service can offer advice about benefits for pensioners.
