They can offer:
stop smoking groups
personalised one-to-one support
support for pregnant women
home visits for those who are house bound

Breaking the habit
Breaking the habit of smoking can be difficult. Here are a few tips to help:
don’t carry cigarettes on you
if you have cigarettes at home, keep them hidden
distract yourself by doodling
have a soft drink
do a crossword
chew on something low in calories
change your routine slightly
No smoking legislation
