The Oxleas NHS Trust runs an advice line designed to offer immediate help, advice and support. Aimed towards you and your family, or carer, it will guide you through the different services available at the Trust.
The Patient Advice and Liaison Service, or PALS, will help to sort out any concerns you have about the care you are going to receive or are currently receiving. There are also regular local drop-in sessions so you can talk to someone trained to help you.
