Most people at some time in their lives may experience depression, anxiety or stress. These feelings are normal but if they become so great that they prevent you from coping with everyday life, then you may be experiencing mental health problems.

Depression
A constant feeling of despair, finding it hard to care about anything and may experience suicidal thoughts.
Anxiety
Feelings of worry, fear, apprehension or dread. Physical symptoms may involve panic attacks, nausea, palpitations and difficulty in breathing.
Schizophrenia
A range of symptoms including hallucinations, delusions and paranoia.
Manic depression
Extreme mood swings ranging from intense elation to depression.
