SMET provides a community outreach service for clients who are not in contact with existing drug services.
The team works in a range of settings and can make home visits if appropriate.
Services include:
- Advice, information and support
- Ensuring appropriate referral into treatment
- Helping people to re-engage with support services
Opening hours
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Staff are able to offer early morning or evening appointments if required.
